Founded and led by Christian Latouche from 1970 to present


1970s

Christian Latouche emerges as a CPA and auditor, with a degree from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce of Paris. After having started his early career with Peat Marwick and Helios, at the age of 30, in 1970 he bought a small accounting practice in the south of France, the city of Arles. This first acquisition served as the foundation of SOFINAREX. Also at this time, he created SOFIRAL, a legal and tax advice practice.


1981

To meet the growing needs of SOFINAREX’s clients for bookkeeping software, Christian Latouche, CPA launched SOFINFOR, a subsidiary that specializes in accountancy computing.


1988

SOFINAREX settled in Morocco.


1989

Acquisition of DACF-CECF, a firm of 2,000 employees with headquarters in Angers, France. DACF-CECF offered accounting, tax, employee payroll, and tax administration services to small businesses throughout France.


1990

FIDUCIAL broke ground to complete the scope of services offered to small businesses by acquiring the group SACI. SACI, a publicly traded company, was a leading marketer of accounting stationery with key printing facilities.


1991

SOFINAREX and DACF-CECF merge to become FIDUCIAL Expertise


1993

● Acquisition of SOFIDEX, 3rd accounting and advisory firm in France with 800 employees.● Extension of the multidisciplinary services offering to include audit services (FIDUCIAL Audit) and financial advisory (FIDUCIAL Conseil).● SACI acquired Brun Passot and became the 3rd office supplier in the French market.


1996

FIDUCIAL continued to set its sights on expanding in international markets:● FIDUCIAL Expertise is established in Belgium● SACI opened in Belgium and Spain


1999

FIDUCIAL entered the American market and grew as an accounting firm and a franchisor of networks that provides tax, accounting, and social services.


2000

Acquisition of DAXEL, France’s leading supplier of IT solutions for notaries. This established FIDUCIAL Informatique, a subsidiary that provides a wide range of standard and tailored software as well as hardware.


2001

● FIDUCIAL expanded the domestic market through the acquisition of the accounting firm E3C, with 650 employees. This completed FIDUCIAL Expertise’s unique geographical coverage of the entire French territory.● SACI bought the group OMB, a provider of office furniture and supplies. This strengthened FIDUCIAL's national position and acquired an advanced knowledge of the office furniture supply industry.


2002

FIDUCIAL Informatique took over LOGHOREST, specializing in IT solutions for the HoReCa sector.


2003

● FIDUCIAL Informatique acquired TESSON Software, which developed tailored programs for automotive and agricultural machinery industries.● SACI acquired the Belgian company BEILS and become the 3rd largest office furniture supplier in Belgium.


2004

SACI was rebranded and emerges as FIDUCIAL Office Solutions.


2007

● FIDUCIAL Informatique took over EUROCOIF and MEDIALOGS, two companies that specialized in IT solutions for hair and beauty salons.● FIDUCIAL Informatique acquired INFOLIB and strengthened its position as a major partner to notaries throughout France.


2009

● FIDUCIAL Expertise expanded in Luxemburg as well as the French Overseas Departments and Territories.● FIDUCIAL Informatique acquired LEXDATA.


2010

FIDUCIAL Office Solutions acquired LIOGIER and reached annual sales totaling approximately 200M €.


2011

FIDUCIAL Informatique acquired MICROCONCEPT, the 2nd largest provider of IT solutions for medical aid in France.


2012

August● The Paris Bankruptcy Court approved the disposal sale plan in favor of FIDUCIAL to absorb the assets of NEO SECURITY: 3,320 employees and 116M € in revenue. This marked the creation of a new services market for FIDUCIAL, security services.September● FIDUCIAL Office Solutions acquired VEOPRINT, a leading player in B2B web-to-print services.


2013

March ● The ACP (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel, i.e. the French Prudential Control Authority) granted FIDUCIAL the regulatory authority to hold 100% of Banque FIDUCIAL, a bank specifically for small businesses.February● FIDUCIAL acquired Gestion Electronique SA, a Swiss company that developed and distributed WINBIZ, a bookkeeping and sales software suite licensed to 36,000 small to medium businesses and accounting firms.May● FIDUCIAL Informatique acquired Y-PROXIMITE, a young company that specialized in pre-packaged websites for small businesses through partnerships with franchisors and associations.October● FIDUCIAL Informatique acquired Allégoria, a company that developed cloud-based web 2.0 solutions for notary offices.● FIDUCIAL announced the acquisition of Nexto. A Marseille-based company with 30 high-level staff that specialized in infrastructure technologies for information systems, specifically virtualization and cloud computing.


2014

February ● FIDUCIAL announced the acquisition of Bis Securité, which specialized in video surveillance and video protection. ● Store Factory, which designed e-commerce websites for craftsmen and traders, joined FIDUCIAL Informatique’s subsidiary Y-Proximité. This allowed FIDUCIAL to extend its range of website design services further.April ● FIDUCIAL acquired VINCI's human safety and security division. VINCI's 1,700 safety and security officers joined the FIDUCIAL Private Security department to form a global staff of over 5,000 security professionals that protect more than 7,500 strategic sites throughout France.


2015

October● FIDUCIAL Office Solutions expanded to Luxembourg through the acquisition of the business activities of SBM, office supply, and furniture providers.● FIDUCIAL Sécurité acquired FPSG, with revenues of 6M € and a staff of 61. They specialized in fire training, occupational safety, and security● FIDUCIAL Sécurité acquired SFIP, with revenues of 6.6M € and a team of 230 safety officers. They provided private surveillance for numerous administrative buildings and shopping malls.November● FIDUCIAL Informatique absorbed the business assets of MARLIX, with revenues of 550K € and 8 employees. They were a software company that developed a solution used by over 1,000 hairdressing businesses in France and abroad.● FIDUCIAL Technologies purchased The Khéops Organisation, with revenues of 15M € and a staff of 15 employees. This acquisition allowed FIDUCIAL Technologies to expand its cloud technologies and telecommunications expertise.


2016

March● FIDUCIAL absorbed the Swiss group FICOBA, a key player in the temporary and permanent employment agency market. With 15 permanent and about 1400 temporary employees, the group generated revenues of 19M €.October● FIDUCIAL acquired Iguane Sécurité, which generated a revenue of 8.1M € and over 200 employees. This key player in fire safety in the Île-de-France region brought advanced knowledge of fire safety, particularly for high-rise buildings and public buildings.


2017

May● FIDUCIAL Sécurité acquired Partenaire Sécurité, which generated a revenue of 6.5M € and 35 employees. They served as a leading integrator of electronic security systems (alarms, intruder alarms, video surveillance, etc.) and offered customized solutions for banking, industrial, and service-providing businesses.
