As the COVID-19 coronavirus continues to disrupt our lives, please know that Fiducial is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our clients, Fiducial employees, their families, and our community.
Our firm’s leadership team is actively monitoring the outbreak and assessing its operational impact. We are following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and regional authorities in regards to managing our operations. We follow their guidance to protect our clients and teams against the transmission of this virus.
While our primary focus is safety, Fiducial’s offices remain open and at your service. However, during this period of emergency, we ask that you work with your Fiducial advisor to transmit your files and communicate electronically to the extent possible – we are quite flexible with how you prefer to do that. Fiducial has always implemented advanced technologies like virtual desktops, which now allow us to remain fully available and responsive to you - while keeping your information completely secure - even when people work remotely. Thus, regardless of whether we are operating in the office or elsewhere, you may continue to contact and work with your Fiducial advisor as you normally would by email and phone – we even have an advanced video conferencing solution called “Zoom” that you can use to speak with your advisor face-to-face at any time with your computer or mobile phone. Just ask us for instructions, and we will get you set up with Zoom by email or over the phone.
