SMS Terms of Conditions for Fiducial

These SMS Terms of Conditions (the “SMS Privacy Policy”) govern the provision, receipt, and delivery of text messages by or on behalf of Fiducial, Inc., and its subsidiary and affiliated companies including Fiducial Business Centers, Inc. d/b/a Fiducial Expertise, Fiducial Paymaster, Inc., Fiducial Franchises, Inc., Fiducial Business Centers, Inc. d/b/a Federated Funeral Directors of America and/or Federated Fiducial, Fiducial Jade, Inc., and Fiducial Technology, Inc. d/b/a “CloudXpress” (collectively referred to herein after as “we,” “us,” “our”, "Fiducial" or the "Fiducial System") to Fiducial’s current or prospective clients (“you,” “your,” or “Client”).

Consent for SMS CommunicationThe phone numbers obtained through the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 
Types of SMS CommunicationsIf you have consented to receive text messages from [Fiducial], you may receive messages related to [appointment reminders and meeting notifications].For example: “Hello, thank you for contacting [FIDUCIAL]. How can we assist you? Reply STOP to opt-out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Message FrequencyOur SMS message frequency will range from [1] to [10] text messages daily across all users.Potential Fees for SMS MessagingMany carriers charge a fee for each message sent or received. This can vary depending on the carrier’s pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.
Opt-In MethodCustomers can opt-in for SMS messaging from [Fiducial] through intake forms on our website located at [www.fiducial.com]. This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Opt-OutCustomers can opt-out of SMS messaging from [Fiducial] by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message. Once opted-out, they will receive no further SMS communication. They can opt back in at any time by replying START.
